Terms of use

1. Purpose

This website is the official resource of Vatra Town Hall and serves to inform the public in accordance with Government Decision no. 728/2023 on official web pages of public authorities.

2. Nature of the information

Normative acts acquire legal force from the date of their inclusion in the State Register of Local Acts. The versions published here are informative; in case of discrepancy the text in the state register prevails.

The Romanian text is the official one. The Russian and English translations are provided for convenience and have no legal force.

3. Re-use of information

Information of public interest may be freely re-used, including commercially, provided the source and the date of extraction are indicated (Law no. 148/2023). Emblems, the town coat of arms and photographs owned by third parties are excluded.

4. External links

The site links to resources of other authorities. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

5. Limitation of liability

We make every effort to keep the information current but cannot guarantee it is free of errors. If you spot an inaccuracy, please tell us and we will correct it promptly.

6. User conduct

Messages containing insults, threats, incitement to hatred or third parties’ personal data without a legal basis are not examined on the merits, in line with the Administrative Code.

The site’s forms are not to be used for advertising, automated bulk submissions or security testing. Such submissions are blocked and the IP address is recorded in the server logs.

7. Personal data protection

The processing of data submitted through the forms is described in the privacy policy; the use of cookies, in the cookie policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

The use of this website is governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are settled amicably and, failing agreement, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page together with the date of the last change. Questions may be sent to primaria.vatra@gmail.com.
